We are entering the season of Advent, a time set apart to remember the depth of God’s love in the Incarnation and to look ahead with hope to Christ’s return to make all things new. With that in mind, we will step away briefly from our series on the book of James and turn to a 4-part series called God with Us. Over these weeks we will reflect on the wonderful promise of God’s presence with His people in waiting, in darkness, in silence, and even in the bleak mid-winter. Tomorrow we will begin by meditating on Isaiah 9:2-7 in a message titled “With Us in the Long Shadows of Waiting.” Please join us and invite your friends or family members to come along with you.

We will return to our series from the book of James called Whole and Holy: Growing into Fullness that Pleases the Lord. Tomorrow’s focus will be James 2:8–13. We will reflect on what it means to do right before God and others in a sermon titled “Growing in Gospel Accountability.” Please join us and invite your friends or family members to come along with you.
