Tomorrow we will continue our series on the life of Abraham called “Listen to Me, My Children”: Abraham and the God Who Called Him Friend. We will read from Genesis 19:1-23 and the title of the sermon is “The True Friend Grants Mercy.” I hope it will be an encouragement to us as we enter the week when we remember Christ’s journey to the cross and reflect on the ultimate display of mercy from the true friend who gave everything for us.
