Sunday 5/29/22: Joint worship and Fifth Sunday Fellowship meal

Tomorrow is a 5th Sunday of the month, so we will have a Joint English/Indonesian Worship Service followed by a Potluck Lunch at the Reed Street building. Bring a dish to share if you are able, but feel free to stay even if you don’t!

Worship Service at 10:30 AM.  No Sunday School because of the Potluck Lunch.

Please note that the City of Philadelphia is no longer requiring masks for indoor gatherings, but is “strongly recommending” them. So if you have health issues or feel more comfortable wearing a mask at this time, please continue to do so. We know that people vary on how they feel about wearing masks these days. We want everyone to feel free to attend Emmanuel Chapel either way. Let love lead the way among us.

Worship Sunday 4/24/22

Tomorrow will be the 6th message in the series, entitled, “Our Messy Family,” from Genesis 29:30—30:24. There are things in this passage that are hard to understand and difficult to stomach. We will look at Jacob’s messy family, and will see our own messy family there too—both our family at home and our family at church. We will also see God’s breathtaking grace in blessing his people despite the mess. Please come join us and bring a friend.

Worship Service at 10:30 AM and Sunday School at 12:15 PM.
